Among them, a product called 9474LE offers the most sophisticated design: it is constructed with three layers, two layers of 300LSE adhesive and an ultrathin, stabilizing polyester carrier sandwiched between them. All three layers are completely transparent and thus ideal for glas panels, such as digitizers.

It comprises three layers, two adhesive layers, 2.8 mils and 3.4 mils thick, and, sandwiched between them, a thin polyester carrier, 0.5 mils thick. This sandwiched design provides much improved handling characteristics, especially for cutting with knives or scissors. In contrast, after cutting a simpler single-layer 300LSE-based sheet with a knife or with scissors, the edges along the cut tend to stick together, making it almost impossible to peel the liners off cleanly.
