1.Insert probe into the cup of ice water (60% Ice + 40% Water).
2.Slowly fill the glass with cold water, but stop about inch below the top of the ice.
3.After 3 minutes is up, Insert the probe into the ice water and read the temperature.
4.Then Press and hold the “Hold” button when the reading is stable. The screen will flash “CAL” and display “0°C” or “32°F”.
5.Finally, “PASS” appears on the display, the process is now complete.
