Start the hole at an angle. While holding the drill in hand, carefully move the drill around just enough to ream out the sides of the hole. Let the tool do the work.

How to Clean and Disinfect Bit Heads:
Remove all loose nail product with a wire brush.
Wash the bit head with soap and water, or soak in acetone for 5 to 10 minutes.
